General Terms & Conditions

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform All Gifts Online if an order does not arrive. Once you inform us, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

If your gift has been damaged prior to receipt, we will replace items accordingly or refund the credit card used to the value of the damaged goods. Just repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, and return to sender.

Without limiting the operation of any other terms and conditions herein, it is agreed that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle cancellation of an order.

Reseller Terms & Conditions (for wholesale orders)

1 Initial orders are on a prepaid basis. Application for an account is subject to review based on at least  three (3) previous purchases in a 12 month period of at least $500 per order.

2 Inactive accounts over nine (9) months revert to prepaid.

3 No claim against goods will be recognized after 7 days.  Notification must take place within 48 hours after receipt of goods. Photographic evidence of all claims is requested. All products are subject to minor variation. All Gifts Online may substitute for similar items to fill orders. Please note, we will only substitute for a product of the same value or lower. If you do not want All Gifts Online to substitute styles, please write 'no substitute' when placing your order.

4 Retention clause is applicable - property in and title to the goods will not pass to the customer but will remain with All Gifts Online until the customer has paid for the goods in full.

5 (Only applicable to accounts) A late payment administration fee of $35.00 or 5% ( whichever is the greater ) will apply on total amount of invoice, on all accounts. - Any further action including legal proceedings to recover monies will be charged to the customer. These accounts will be forwarded to Dun & Bradstreet for collection. 12.5% in mercantile charges will be added to the Invoice in addition to the above administration fee. This does not apply to prepaid orders.

6 All Gifts Online reserves the right to alter prices without prior notification
