This page contains Important Information for new Trade and Wholesale Customers - Please Read!

 

If you are new to All Gifts Online Wholesale, please follow the below instructions to get started. If at any time you need help please contact our office during business hours. 

Step 1. REGISTRATION -  New wholesale customers, please register as a member first using our online registration form. We require your full business details including physical address and ABN number*. Make sure to select "resellers" as your membership option using the drop down menu.

  • Please note: Registration is not automatic. Allow 24 - 48 hours for your reseller account to be approved. Customer support will be in touch if any further information is required to complete your reseller registration. 
  • Once your wholesale account has been approved by an AGO  staff member, your account will be reset to 'reseller' status You will get an email notification from us once this occurs. 
  • You will then be able to log in with your username and password and be taken straight to the wholesale site.

Step 2. PLACING ORDERS - Remember our minimum order is $330 (inc gst) + freight.

You can use one of the following 4 options to place your order:

1  Use Shopping Cart Online

  • NOTE: For wholesale customers, the shopping cart is used to write orders only.
  • Payments are not accepted through the website for wholesale orders
  • Once you fill out your order you will be taken to the checkout page. Please always select CHECKOUT (Ignore the Paypal option if it is offered).
  • After filling in your address and delivery details,please select either Direct Deposit or Purchase Order as your payment method. 
  • You may provide your credit card details for speedier processing in the 'customer notes'  which will come straight to us if you wish, however, all credit card payments are processed manually. 
  • The order will then come to us for processing.
  • All Gifts Online will send you a sales order confirmation to confirm your order with payment information including freight if applicable. 
  • Freight is based on volume & delivery area.

Payment options  -  visa - mastercard - paypal - cheque - eft - (details on invoice/sales order)

International orders  - Goods are sold ex-works. International buyers are responsible for any taxes and duties applicable in own country. Payment by paypal or eft only for International orders.

Delivery  - Allow 3-5 business days for despatch of order. Sent via courier or Australia Post.

 


PLEASE READ   General Terms & Conditions (for wholesale orders)

1 Initial orders are on a prepaid basis. Application for an account is subject to review based on at least  three (3) previous purchases in a 12 month period of at least $500 per order.

2 Inactive accounts over nine (9) months revert to prepaid.

3 No claim against goods will be recognized after 7 days.  Notification must take place within 48 hours after receipt of goods. Photographic evidence of claims may be requested. All products are subject to minor variation. All Gifts Online may substitute for similar items to fill orders. Please note, we will only substitute for a product of the same value or lower. If you do not want All Gifts Online to substitute styles, please write 'no substitute' when placing your order.

4 Retention clause is applicable - property in and title to the goods will not pass to the customer but will remain with All Gifts Online until the customer has paid for the goods in full.

5 (Only applicable to accounts) A late payment administration fee of $35.00 or 5% ( whichever is the greater ) will apply on total amount of invoice, on all accounts. - Any further action including legal proceedings to recover monies will be charged to the customer. These accounts will be forwarded to Dun & Bradstreet for collection. 12.5% in mercantile charges will be added to the Invoice in addition to the above administration fee. This does not apply to prepaid orders.

6 All Gifts Online reserves the right to alter prices without prior notification.
