With proof of purchase

If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, All Gifts Online may offer you a repair, exchange or refund on most merchandise. Refunds will be given using your original payment method with in the 7 days of invoiced date and pre approved by one of our customer service team, Less delivery costs.
If you have simply changed your mind All Gifts Online, will not accept returns and will not refund, so please choose carefully to save disappointment.
If you believe an item is faulty, we may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repairer.
