·        What can I purchase?

        Every thing on www.allgiftsonline.com.au is currently stocked, or coming into stock. If there is an expected delay on the item you have purchased, you will be emailed with the details of the delivery.

 

·        What form of payments is accepted online?

·         You can pay using the following.

·         Visa

·         Mastercard

·         AMEX

·         PayPal

 

·        Is it secure to enter my credit card details?

·         Your Credit Card details are very secure. They will be only used for the transaction, once the transaction is complete, the information will be deleted, as www.allgiftsonline.com.au do not keep them on record.

 

·        What are the delivery charges?

·         For deliveries in Australia a $10 delivery charge applies to each item to be delivered. When multiple gifts are purchased in one order, the price will come down to accommodate bulk packaging.

 

·        When will my order be delivered?

·         All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Once payment has been received you can expect your Gift to arrive in 2-3 days depending where in Australia you live. 

·        Can I return my order?

·         When you shop at All Gifts Online, we aim to please. We take all care in packaging and protection of our gifts, If for some reason, it has arrived to you damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as you receive the item via email so that we can then organize a replacement for you. 
If the fault is of your own, we do not hold any responsibility and you will be unable to return the item. Please choose carefully as we do not accept returns 7 days after the invoiced date.

·         Please note that delivery fees and handling fees are non refundable.

 

·        Who do I contact for customer service?

·         You can email the All Gifts Online Customer Service Team at sales@allgiftsonline.com.au or call (02) 9517 9928, between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

 

·        Why do you need my details?

·         The personal information you provide will be used to process and deliver your order. Should the information such as recipient address change prior to delivery, please contact the Customer Service team immediately on (02) 9517 9928.
Please note that a redelivery fee may be charged if the details submitted by you is incorrect.

 

·        Where can I go for more information?
